Once we have received your full application and processed it GSK will retain your personally identifiable information in our database of clinical trial volunteers so that we can contact you should we undertake a trial which is suitable for your participation. All your personal information will be treated as confidential, that is, any information that identifies you and will be held and processed under secure conditions.

Access to your personal information will be limited to you, authorized GSK staff and contractors working at the Cambridge and Hammersmith clinical units and possibly to representatives of regulatory agencies.
